Hi ADVICER,
I just came across your blog today and I think it's awesome that you do this type of stuff. Anyways, I have an issue with my weight. I don't need advice on tips and stuff more so just confidence and motivation. Do you think you could help me? I am 175 pounds and 15 years old. I really want to change myself for the better.

Dear Jenna,
If you really want to change yourself, then do it. I know I sound ridiculous, but let me explain. The way I build motivation is by thinking of myself in my better form, aka thinking of how comfortable I will be wearing that bikini to the beach. For confidence, it will take some getting used to but everyday, look in the mirror, say "I can do this" 3 times, and smile for 60 seconds. If this method doesn't work, then try repeating. If it still doesn't work, I usually watch My 600 Pound Life, it just makes me feel better about myself. But remember, you are beautiful the way you are and only change yourself if you feel it makes an improvement to your health or makes you feel better about yourself.
